Hello and welcome.
My name is Dr. Ariel Hurtado, and I am the founding Board Chair at San Benito County Polytechnic Academy, an accelerated high school for students in grades 9–12 pursuing Agriculture Science and Technology, Construction Trades and Community Development, or Healthcare Sciences.
We developed Polytechnic Academy to give local young people a clear bridge between high school, post-secondary education, workforce credentials, and meaningful careers. Students deserve rigorous learning, strong relationships, and adults who see their potential.
Our board is committed to responsible public governance and to a school culture where students and families are respected partners. We invite you to learn about the program, attend a board meeting, visit the school, and ask questions.
